1- Fire , Health and Safety Officer

Job Description

Provide FH&S services and consultation to the line departments. Specific responsibilities include the following:

1. Monitor day-to-day FH&S services to line organization; supervise work and projects assigned to Fire & Safety Officers; provide on-the-job training for F&S officers and recommend training and development assignments to Health & Safety Coordinator monitor the implementation of specific FH&S programs and make recommendations to H&S Coordinator initiate process improvements.

2. Conduct audits of FH&S in general, fire protection, accident investigations and make recommendations, provide guidance and review corrective actions and monitor implementation of corrective actions; Assess unsafe work practices and recommend improvements; develop/revise safety procedures; assist line departments in risk assessment of various jobs; handle various other tasks related to the health & safety program development and implementation.

3. Develop and implement fire prevention programs consisting of periodic assessment of fire systems and equipment, preventive maintenance programs, recommend improvements to fire prevention programs etc.

4. Develop and implement training programs taking into account training needs of field employees and supervisors, annual training plan, and submit proposals for training budget.

5. Applying all laws and rules re Fire, Health and Safety procedures in a manufacturing facility.

Experience & Traits

Minimum 5 years experience. Proven ability and recognized competence in solving problems; trained and developed in advanced fire fighting operations. Must have good leadership qualities; be firm and decisive especially in emergency response. Be computer literate and must have very good written and oral communication skills. Must have high level of professional and personal integrity.

2- Cisco Voice specialist

Job Description

  • Responsible for all the Design, implementing, upgrade and maintain the LAN & WAN networks to work in a proper way with the optimum performance.
  • Continually review and revise as required the IT network in order to insure highest levels of service to users and highest level of data protection and security to the company.
  • Preventive of maintenance for all IT equipments inside the control room
  • Responsible for all the Design, implementing, upgrade and maintain the Windows Server to work in a proper way with the optimum performance.
  • Maintain the existing Security procedures on LAN and WAN.
  • Regular anti virus update for all PC’s and Servers.
  • Works with other groups (System Admin., IT support) to help establish the standards of system architecture, and data communications
  • Performs routine tasks under the direct supervision of Team Leader
  • Responsible to insure all the IT support needs is done in a suitable time to reduce the down time for the IT equipments.
  • Continually develop and communicate the roles and responsibilities of Information Technology and Telecommunications in the company based on employee and business needs.
  • Monitor all daily, weekly and monthly measurements and achieve targeted improvements in the network performance.
  • Regularly review, update, daily job procedure based on business and operational requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining and communication of all Information Technology and Telecommunications emergency procedures and insuring employee understanding
  • Responsible to insure all IT procedures are followed.
  • All other duties as assigned by IT Support Manager or IT Manger.

Work experience requirements and Skills

  • At least 3 years hand on experience in all the IT filed
  • Cisco Call Manager and voice gateway. implementation and troubleshooting
  • Strong acknowledge in LAN and WAN.
  • Managing people performance and understand people needs.
  • Can work under stress and cooperate with different environments.
  • Decision making and able to solve problems





    • Familiarity with networked/distribut ed computing environment concepts.
    • Strong inter-personal and communication skills; capable of writing purchase justifications, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with upper management. Independent problem solving; self-direction. .
    • Capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally, has good phone skills.
    • Good command of English/ Arabic

    Education

    · Communication Engineer or Computer Engineer.

    · CCVP certified

    3- Network Administrator

    Job Description

      • Responsible for all the Design, implementing, upgrade and maintain the Windows Server to work in a proper way with the optimum performance.
      • Responsible for all the Design, implementing, upgrade and maintain the LAN & WAN networks to work in a proper way with the optimum performance.
      • Design, implementing, upgrade, maintain and backup for the existing database and servers.
      • Continually review and revise as required the IT network in order to insure highest levels of service to users and highest level of data protection and security to the company.
