Title : Project Engineer

Reports To : Project Channel Manager

Job Purpose

Carry out projects sales activities to increase sales to Key projects in Egypt, in accordance with agreed business plan with the department head .

Key Responsibilities

· Work on achieving the department sales targets and objectives .

· Maintain and develop a computerized customer's database and update it with potential customers.

· Develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.

· Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by fax, telephone, and personal visits .

· Demonstrate the company products and advise clients on the products Unique quality through catalogs and samples.

· Prepare a detailed quotations using the quotations computerized system ( Dolphin )

· Abide to the management approved price list

· Coordinate and follow up projects sales with consultants, project owners and contractors.

· Prepare technical presentations in cooperation with the technical manager to convince clients with our products quality/price .

· Follow up pending projects orders status on weekly bases with the order handling .

· Conduct Follow-up visits to ensure that the delivered goods are functioning properly and resolve any problems or complaints about the delivered goods.

· Follow up the collection in coordination with finance department for closed sales .

· Suggest methods to promote projects business .

· Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

· Prepare all needed reports on due time

Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Reports To : General Manager

Job Purpose

Administer all retail sales activities and following up the status of stock

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders and issue invoices in coordination with key account managers and the Finance department

Update stock instantly with new shipments and invoices

Prepare various spread sheets ( stock management , pruned lists, price lists …etc )

Job Title : After Sales Manager

Reports To : General Manager

Job Purpose

To plan and supervise various customer service activities, implementing warranty and parts availability

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise the CSR Software and follow up claims registration and status

2. Manage the consumed time to resolve all customer's complaints

3. Supervise and develop the CSR Software according to business need

4. Implement plans and measures to improve the department's performance

5. Evaluate the performance of call agents on quarterly bases

6. Monitor the technician's visits

7. Carry out warranty reviews as required and pass recommendations to head office

8. Sell maintenance contracts to different mega projects

  1. Promote spare parts selling among the dealers through the development of appropriate marketing programs.

10. Supervise the spare parts inventory and determine needs upon the activation of the maximum and minimum stock level

11. Place orders for spare parts subject to business needs

  1. Ensure that all reporting is provided accurately and on a timely basis.

Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Reports To : After sales Manager

Job Purpose

Taking and overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring customers

receive fast , courteous and accurate service over the phone .

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively to serve customers.

Register customers on the computerized Software (full data including customer name , address , phone, …. Etc.) together with a detailed description of the claim .

Allocate technicians according to the available technician's timetable on the software and follow up with the technicians to ensure visiting customer on the specified date.

Collect & analyze the technician reports after conducting the visit .

Call back customers after delivering the service to check how far clients are satisfied with the rendered service.

Present weekly and monthly reports (i.e. number of calls per week in addition to the regular reports automatically prepared by the software including closed & open claims….etc. ) .

Job Title : Driver & Company Representative

Key Responsibilities

Drive the company car to finish all issues related to collection , delivering samples or goods to clients .

Waiting visitors in the airport and accompany them to the hotel .

Requirements

- university graduate

- Honest , representable, problem solver

General requirements for all positions

§ Fluent in English & a second language ( i.e. French or German ) is an asset

§ professional user of MS. Windows , Office , internet and email

§ Must be expert with Windows XP & MS Office 2003, particularly in Advanced Excel and Word only for position Ref. 112.

§ Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

§ Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives.

§ Willingness to travel for business trips.
