3. Transition Guest Services Supervisor – BLR/HYD/Chennai – 10 positions

Kingfisher Airlines is looking for young managers from hospitality industry aspiring for career in airlines. The profile aims creating new leaders committed to work at airport, to assist the Airport Manager in ensuring smooth functioning of all ground activities at the Airport and also responsible for being the Shift In charge in allocating of manpower in the shift as per nature, quality and quantity of workflow.

Graduates/Diploma in Hotel Management in the age group of 25 to 30 yrs

Very Good communication skills.

Must have 4-7 years of experience in a customer service environment, event management companies or airlines.

4. HR Manager – Bangalore -01

Job Description:

Manpower planning and recruitment for various departments Sales, Cargo, Guest Services, Administration, IT, Human Resources, Airport Services, Catering, Security and Finance

Induction presentation, joining formalities and coordination with administration, IT and other departments for new joiners

People management - Query Resolution, policy downloads, Grievance management

Ensuring that all HR initiatives are followed as per the policy (for example - performance management system, confirmation appraisal, leave policy, travel policy, FOC policy, disciplinary policy, separation policy, transfer policy, etc

Data Management – leave cards, payroll records, updating employee database

Statutory compliance and good liaison with Labour officers as well as contractors

5. Uniform Coordinator - Bangalore , Chennai & Hyderabad

Each location we need 2 people, one boy and one girl.

Job Description:

Forecast and plan the inventory requirements for uniforms & accessories of various categories of employees & ensure their availability

Interact with various departments to understand their requirements

Liaise and follow up with vendors for timely delivery of uniforms as per requirement

Any other duties as may be assigned by DGM - In-flight Products

Requisites:

Graduate

Ability to plan and execute

Good communication skills

Solution oriented, capable of dealing quickly with any situation

Co-operative team player capable of dealing with changing deadlines and priorities

Good Computer Skills
