•Establishes priorities and work standards of assigned program(s) in order to meet company goals and objectives •Reviews salary levels proposed by management and recommends factor level assignments, ensuring consistency within existing organizational patterns. •Advises supervisors and managers of their options and responsibilities in taking disciplinary actions. •Supervises employees and managers in order to attempt to resolve problems before the formal grievance or disciplinary process is used. •Analyzes hiring and promotional practices to ensure that the company is in compliance with federal law. •Proposes alternative organizational plans based on knowledge of company rules and policies. •Reviews program operations to determine need for new or revised policies or procedures. Drafts policy statements for review and approval of the human resource director. •Reviews all interview materials. Monitors hiring practices to ensure supervisors are selecting or rejecting applicants in conformance with legal requirements, particularly EEO guidelines and department policy. Assists supervisors in understanding their role in the total company affirmative action plan •Conducts needs assessment to determine company training needs. •Evaluates training programs for effectiveness. Recommends revisions to the human resource director.
•Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, psychology, or any other related field. •A minimum of 4 years experience in organizational planning, employee relations, training and development.

•Computer literate with experience in using word, excel, and power point. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Strong managerial skills, demonstrating the ability to lead a team.
