Varkon Group is a leading Telecom/IT advisory, investment consultancy and development firm in the MENA region. The company is inviting high caliber professionals to join the team in its Cairo Based Office.

Financial

· Investment Analyst Consultant Code FINC 001

Responsible for developing financial feasibility studies, financial models, information Memoranda’s and prepares comprehensive forecasts of income, cash flow statements and balance sheets. Conducting financial analysis and valuation for investments using advanced capital budgeting techniques (P/E multiples, IRR, NPV, payback, etc.). Preparing comprehensive financial evaluation reports and Power Point presentations.

Qualifications: At least 2 years financial/investmen t analysis experience (preferably in investment banking). MBA/CFA is a plus, good understanding of accounting. Strong analytical communication skills. Hard worker and can work under pressure. Masters Excel, Word and Power Point.

Commercial / Business Development

· Marketing Consultant Code COM 001

Responsible for designing & implementing marketing plans including market survey and conducting detailed Market survey ,competitors analysis, product offer development, pricing strategies, setting distribution channels, developing marketing communication plans, etc. Supervising media & marketing material production and events management.

Qualifications: minimum 2 years of experience in marketing / consultancy with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans. MBA is a plus. Familiarity with the telecom industry is a plus.

· Business Development Executive Code COM 002

Conducts industry, strategic and competitive analysis, assist in business planning cycle, identify global and regional technology trends, responsible for partnership agreements, conduct feasibility analysis for new services and business opportunities.

Qualifications: 2 to 3 years experience, preferably in Telecommunications. Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Familiarity with the telecom industry is a plus.

· Marcom Specialist Code COM 003

To develop and execute marketing campaign, event Management, participation and attendance; draft ; update Web Site; develop Sales & Marketing Material; Program Development for Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.

Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications position with experience in developing and implementing communication strategies. Degree in Mass Communication/ Integrated marketing communications. Familiarity with the telecom industry is a plus.

Operations

· Project Controller Code OPS 001

Responsible for scheduling and reporting for assigned projects. Coordinates project control and reporting activity with the management team to meet objectives. Conducting project risk analysis & reporting, analyzes impacts on project schedule. Develops and updates critical path schedules and project management plans. Performs schedule analysis on contract schedules to determine effects of changes, delays or other impacts. Develops and monitors budget, performing budget analysis and forecasting, cost variance reporting and actual cost estimation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field PLUS four years of progressively responsible project management experience. Demonstrated experience developing, managing and monitoring projects schedules and expenditure plans.

IT

· IT Manager Code IT 001

Responsible for the company IT infrastructure and future project implementation has capability and background in IT infrastructure, networks administration, ERP system, and web based environments. Project management capability.

Qualifications: Preferably with at least 2 years of previous experience in IT Management position... Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Telecom Major Background.MBA /MSC is a plus
