PACHIN was established in 1958 as a joint stock Company in 1960 and was nationalize in 1961.In 1962 and 1963 the Ammonia & Chemical Co.,The Hinshold Paints & Oil Co. and Bahari Paints Co.

were merged within the Company. On August 21,1993 The Company Statutes were amended to be in accordance with Public Sector Law (203/1991) and became affiliated to the Chemical Industries Holding Co.
