One of the largest computer training companies in Egypt is seeking to hire Receptionist [Ref: REC]

Duties:

· Answers incoming calls and directs calls correctly.

· Takes and delivers messages.

· Welcomes customers and visitors and directing them appropriately.

· Checks fax machine for incoming faxes and delivers to appropriate personnel.

· May type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.

· General office duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required:

· Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on phone and in person.

· Pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken.

· Ability to work with a variety of individuals including clients, employees and applicants.

· Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast paced office environment is essential. Job Requirements:

· Good English Language.

· Presentable

· 0-2 years of office and clerical experience.

· Nasr City & Heliopolis Resident

Ø Start salary 700 EGP.
