A leading International Internet Company is looking for Office administrator to join its team in Cairo

Requirements

- At least one year experience in HR and administration tasks.

- Excellent IT skills, including; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet.

- Hard-worker.

- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).

- Motivated and Dynamic.

- Has Fast learning ability.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Self Organized..

He/She will be mainly responsible of:

HR Tasks

1- Pre-recruitment process

2- Recruitment process

3- Release process.

4- Attendance.

5- Preparing Salaries.

6- Vacations’ records keeping.

Administration Tasks

1- The Daily expenses

2- Handling meeting schedules.

General Rules
