Job Description : AKuwait dynamic organization that largest independent retailer and a leading supplier of supermarket items, perishables, and general merchandise in the Middle East needs for its new chain at Egypt: (AGA Admin. Coordinator)
-Coordinating and ensuring effective performance by AGA personnel.
-Ensuring that appropriate paperwork/documenta tion is obtained in order to fulfill regulations and government requirements.
-Ensuring that operating, commercial and sales / promotions licenses and health cards are obtained in line with regulatory requirements.
-Maintaining key company and employee documents and ministry / legal signatories.
-Identifying and recommending changes to company administrative procedures in compliance with changes in the labor law.
-Undertaking and overseeing all administrative processes relating to immigration and residence regulations in connection with employment.
-Ensuring that employee administrative transactions and processes are carried out in line with requirements of the labor law.
