Accounting Manager
Prepares and reviews accounting entries; Responsible for corporate and management reporting (BU reporting); Oversees risk management; Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information; Trains accountants; Reviews various contracts; Calculates tax provisions; responsible for compliance with policies and procedures and creating them if needed; Leads a team of accountants; Responsible for internal controls & reporting any control breakdown before or after occurrence. Requirements: Bachelor degree with a major in accounting, business, economics or a related field; Preferably CPA, CFA, CMA; Thorough & detailed knowledge of internal controls; Through & detailed knowledge Of US GAAP, deep and thorough tax knowledge, Excellent communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, 7 to 8 years of experience 2 of which in a managerial position, knowledge of AS400 applications & experience in performance management.
