HelpDesk Specialist ( HDS-01 )
Qualifications:
آ· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
آ· At least 0 -2 years of Helpdesk experience.
آ· English Fluency.
آ· Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA).
Job Description:
A. Users first level support
o Provide First level of Support to users on H/W, S/W and LAN in the form of recorded tickets, which are monitored and reported.
o Escalation of problems those last more than 24 hours to SPS.
B. Proactive Support
o Update all usersت¼ applications with the latest service packs & patches.
o Protect against Virus attacks by regularly updating the Antivirus S/W and scanning all computers.
o Provide Computer H/W preventive maintenance.
o Administer the installations and upgrade of PCت¼s, Printers, and LAN.
o Testing new applications and provide recommendations before deploying them.
C. Basic Training for IT users and Evaluate Training needs
o Provide Orientation for users on the use of their H/W, S/W and Network accessibility.
