Dear All our client is a big pharmatheutical company seeking for Operation Engineering Manager
Position Description:
Manage the maintenance function and physical infrastructure for a parenteral manufacturing plant and its equipment. Duties include leadership of the maintenance & engineering organization and assisting with the extended contractor work force. This position has responsibility for partnering with equipment owners in the plant to ensure equipment reliability, capability, and continuous improvement. The scope of activities includes design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction, safety and protection of the physical facilities and equipment used to manufacture parenteral pharmaceutical products.

  • Basic Requirements:
    B.S. Engineering or equivalent work experience
    7 or more years of experience in facilities
    Supervisory experience
    Knowledge of key maintenance business and system processes
    Knowledge of equipment reliability fundamentals.
    Knowledge of critical equipment found in parenteral operations.
    Good command of the English language
    Additional Preferences:
    Communication skills with diverse groups on business and technical issues
    Good understanding of financial data
    Strong project management skills
    Strong verbal & written communication skills
    Results oriented approach
    Good leadership skills
    PC skills including use of Word, Excel, Power Point
