A Major Real Estate Group in the Middle East Region requires the following vacancies to be filled to support it's aggressively growing operations across the region:

1- Contracts Manager:

Education:

· Bachelor Degree Of Architecture Or Civil Engineering;

· Member of the RICS “Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors” of UK is preferable.

Experience: Minimum overall 12 years experience with minimum 5 years experience in Contracts.

Training: Experience and courses in project management, construction tendering, pricing, planning, contract law, contract drafting, negotiation skills, administration and negotiation of change orders.

Knowledge:

· Thorough knowledge of engineering/ construction industry contracting practices, contract terms and conditions and contract administration, office and site procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project including RFP/tender documents, negotiations, construction supervision, payment certificate, claims and Variation review and processing;

· Thorough knowledge of Project management and design stages;

· Good contractual experience, capable of acting on his own initiative to protect the interests of the company;

· Experience in the function of managing workload distribution and execution of the work as well as personnel interviews, selection, performance evaluation, transfers and terminations;

· Knowledge of applicable government and commercial regulations and practices.

2- Project Manager (Road & Infrastructure)

Education:

· Bachelor Degree Of Civil Engineering;

Experience: Minimum 12 years experience in Construction Management and utilities networks, of which minimum of 4 years UAE experience, preferably in DUBAI

Training: Experience and courses in project management, planning, negotiation skills, administration and negotiation of change orders.

Knowledge:

· Thorough knowledge of various design stages of the Road and Infrastructure work;

· Thorough knowledge of engineering/ construction industry, office and site procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project including design, Planning/Scheduling , construction supervision, negotiations, payment certificate, claims and Variation review;

· Thorough knowledge of Project management;

· Knowledge of applicable government/local authorities’ standard and regulations;

· Fluent in English (oral & written);

Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook. Familiar with AutoCAD software

3- Project Engineer:

Education:

· Bachelor Degree Of Architecture Or Civil Engineering;

Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in Construction Management and utilities networks, of which minimum of 3 years UAE experience, preferably in DUBAI

Training: Experience and courses in project management and planning.

Knowledge:

· Thorough knowledge of engineering/ construction industry, office and site procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project including Planning/Scheduling , construction supervision, payment certificate, claims and Variation review;

· Thorough knowledge of Project management;

· Knowledge of applicable government/local authorities’ standard and regulations;

· Fluent in English (oral & written);

Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook. Familiar with AutoCAD software

4- Quantity Surveyor:

Qualifications and Education:

طDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil or Architecture Engineering.

Experience:

ط Minimum of six (6) years of experience in Quantity Surveying.

Training:

ط Cost and Contract Management

ط Cost Control

ط MS Office Applications

ط AutoCade

Knowledge:

ط Knowledge in technical specification and interpretation of drawings.

ط Knowledge in cost and contract management, tender analysis.

ط Knowledge in various types of contract and method of measurement.

ط Familiar in Pre Contract and Post Contract activities.

ط Fluent in English (oral & written).

Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook. Familiar with AutoCAD software.
