We are now currently seeking qualified candidates to join GE projects around the middle east.
A- Control Engineers: with a working knowledge of gas/steam turbine maintenance and operational theory. Install, commission, and troubleshoot the Turbine Control System for gas turbines.
B- Field Engineers to provide on-site technical direction to customer-owned utility and industrial power plants.
C - Instrumentation Engineer:
Review instrument layout drawings and wiring
Grounding and hearting systems
Terminal board and wiring connection
Instrument set-up and calibration, and other determined duties.
D- Start Up / Commissioning Mechanical Engineer:
Responsible for developing and managing the startup effort, including all startup testing and administrative activities. Provides a key interface between project management, construction, engineering and the plant owners. Manages startup personnel to ensure the startup is performed in a professional, efficient and safe manner and that the requirements of the project contract are met.
E -Electrical Engineer:
Responsible for all start-up electrical testing activities and approving their operation in a safe and proper manner. This includes reviewing plant engineering documents and P&ID’s, performing electrical testing and troubleshooting on all plant electrical systems and equipment. Also assigns work to and supervises electrical technicians and construction craftsmen in support of start-up testing activities. Supervise customer operators during the operation of systems prior to and after they are put into service.
And many future positions in the near future for Mech. & Elec. Engineers with experience in Gas turbines, power generation plants & Oil and gas.
