We¢re getting even bigger and we need people we can rely on to fill the following position:

SharePoint Developer

Job Description:

· Aid Lead SharePoint Developers in creating SharePoint solutions and problem solving.

· Take ownership of discrete components within the solution and be responsible for their delivery from requirements gathering throughout the development lifecycle.

· Participate in technical/functiona l design workshops with the customer.

· Follow coding and documentation standards.

· Provide input to the improvement of the development process.

· Share skills and successful methods of working with the team

· Design, build, and implement new SharePoint web pages and sites, and custom web parts

· Integrate SharePoint sites and web parts with internal back-end applications

· Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing SharePoint web applications and sites

· Train individual contributors on SharePoint technologies

· Analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery

· The candidate must have experience in developing custom web parts and integrating enterprise content with SharePoint to include content indexing, personalization, workflow and restricting access to content.

The position requires candidates to be able to demonstrate experience of SharePoint V3 and MOSS 2007 within a development environment along with skills in one or more of the following areas:

· SQL Server 2005

· Internet Information Server 6.0

· Active Directory

· Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint

· Project Server integration

· Windows Workflow Foundation

· Server farm design concepts

· Windows networking principles

· Familiarity with development methodologies, specifically Microsoft Solutions

· Framework and the V-model.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and will be a high energy self-starter.
