OMS is urgently seeking to hire experienced candidates for the following:

Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist.

Job Type: Fulltime.

Job Location: Nasr City, Cairo.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Recruitment Manager in the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified candidates for the company.

  • Review Applications, conducts initial phone interviews and screening interviews for all candidates and administers all required tests and assessments

  • Check references on suitable candidates provide offers of employment to successful candidates and confirm start date and salary.

  • Inform candidates of all aspects of the job, including job requirements, compensation and benefits.

  • Utilizes effective sourcing techniques to recruit qualified candidates, including composing of job postings and advertisements.

  • Establish relationships and liaise with recruitment agencies for vacant positions.

  • Develop a pool of profiled CVs of suitable candidates in the different areas required in the company

  • Maintain appropriate record keeping systems, including recruitment requisitions, requests for transfers, replacements, etc

  • Maintain appropriate statistics and reports including vacancy lists, hew hires and turnover reports.

  • Assist recruitment manager to prepare job descriptions and job profiles as per the requirements of the department heads and the company strategy

  • Respond to written and verbal surveys / information requests on recruitment related issues.

  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of the general company orientation program.

  • Responsible for updating corporate recruitment / HR website, updating and posting jobs, filtering CVs.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar position, preferably IT related company. Previous experience in recruiting technical staff is an asset.
