Description :
•the essential functions of the sales manager,
•Set the sales targets for the local training centers and achieve
them.
•Forecast a yearly, strategic, med and long term sales plans.
•Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of training courses and
Increase the training share by adding profitable new business and by
maintaining business from existing customers in core product range
and report the level of progress toward achieving sales objectives.
•Manage a sales team, towards achieving company results.
•Other responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling,
inventory control, and loss prevention is also essential.

Qualifications :
•University degree, post graduate studies in Sales is an advantage.
Interpersonal skills training are an addition.
•Sales and management Skills especially in training courses. Sales,
Communication, Decision-Making, Customer Service, Leadership,
Problem Solving & Time Management.

Gender :Male

Experience :3-5 Years.

Other Skills : Excellent computer, reporting and analytical skills.
Customer oriented. Target focused. Drive to achievement. Excellent
selling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
