- Microsoft Certified System Engineer ( MCSE).
- Monitors computer and network systems using operating systems utilities,interpret s console messages from system software, and
performs required actions.
- Establish and maintain schedules and records for backup, restores and offsite storage.
- Maintaining, configuring and trouble shooting network routers, and switches.
- Maintaining, configuring and trouble shooting network Server Hardware.
- Administer and of E-mail system (MS Exchange Cluster Environment) .
- Solve network and Email problems reported by the users.
