Medicare is the first Health Maintenance Organization in the Middle East. Medicare's aims to provide the highest medical services through integrating and coordinating the relations between the various parts, health care providers and our clients. We are currently expanding and looking for qualified candidates in all positions with different managerial levels to fill the following positions.

· Customer Service Department:-

  • Customer Service Coordinator(Job Code CSC):

He/She will develop, organize and implement effective customer service processes and policies. Through evaluation and analysis of existing procedures, coordinators can identify customer service related weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements. They will have direct customer contact, especially in cases of a serious nature or to address a specific dispute. Their responsibilities can include coaching new or current customer service representatives on how to enhance customer welfare through adopting professional customer service practices and techniques, and in the efficient use of technological tools and applications needed in the course of their duties. Customer service Coordinator will works closely with the Customer service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative side of the operation. This is a full time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience The specific responsibilities of the Customer service Coordinator include supervisory, and other support duties.

· Sales & Marketing Department

  • Sales Manager(Job Code SM)

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on company's corporate and individual clients The essential functions of the sales manger' is to achieve a goal of sales growth which is determined each year for overall sales in the business plan and support the development of marketing materials to strengthen organization' s brand name . In conjunction with your regular supervisory sales duties. Other responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and loss prevention are also essential . This is a full time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience.

Skills Required . Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.

· Medical Department

· Primary Care Physician (Job Code PCP) is a doctor who devotes most of his / her practice to family or general medicine. PCP serves as the gatekeeper who controls a patient's access to care. He sends patients to see a specialist or to another healthcare facility for treatment or additional healthcare services. He/ she authorizes all referrals to other providers .PCP's duties are not limited on medical check up and referrals to specialists. Other duties and responsibilities to provide a cost effective service without affecting the quality. Provide medical statistics for each account portrait the number of chronicle diseases. Diploma or master in internal medicine is required. This is a full time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience. Master in internal medicine is a must

· Administration Department


· Executive Secretary (JOB CODE E.SEC)

He/She is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure professional effectiveness and efficiency. . He/She is responsible for providing professional office management services to contracting Office. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff ,maintaining office records and filling system. She/He Performs complex diversity of secretarial and clerical duties. Typically provides administrative support . Examples of work performed may include composing non-routine correspondence, compiling reports, transcribing dictation, typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software, receiving visitors, screening and directing manager's telephone calls, arranging meetings or travel, and maintaining records or files. This is a full time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience. Experience From 5-7 years in a similar position

· Senior Secretary JOB CODE (S.SEC) performs moderately difficult secretarial and clerical duties under direct supervision. Examples of work performed may include typing or word processing correspondence, memos, reports; setting up and maintaining files and record systems, sorting mail, greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, or scheduling appointments. May operate photocopier, facsimile, or other office equipment. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department this may include anything from arranging important conferences/ meetings with senior clients. Experience from 3-5years in a similar position


· Finance

· Claims Accountant

Claims accountant supervises, produces and coordinates activities of the Accounts Receivable Office to include the processing of third party claims and the maintenance, review, updating and collection of customer accounts in accordance with agreed credit policy and terms. This is a full time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience. Other support duties including but not limited to the following. Years of experience 1-3 years.
