Job description and Responsibilities:
Manage and support technically all developers across multiple project/product teams.
Produce reports (in English) for HQ in USA.
Requirements:
1-should be a Computer Science graduate (Master degree is plus)
2-Should have 5+ years of real experience in All of the following:
.Net technology
. ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#.NET, SQL (2005) or SQL (2000)
3-Excellent UML design and analysis skills
4-Excellent awareness of Software lifecycle
5-Should also have at least 5 years of real experience in some of the
following:
Oracle (10g is a plus), Crystal Reports, Visual C++
Must have Extensive Hands-on Experience with:
- Building framework, data model, Analysis, and Design
- Web and desktop applications

• Enterprise Software Solution Sales experience and A Network of current C-Level contacts within large manufacturing, services and construction contractors in Egypt and throughout Africa and the Middle-East will be an asset.
• Fluency in English and a minimum of 5 years experience in software sales is a must.
• Prospecting and cold calling, extensive phone-based qualification and needs analysis as well as high presentation and demonstrating skills.

- Perform on-going client-site software technical support for prospects and customers.
- Perform Software Product Training courses for prospects and customers.
- Liaison with product technical support to configure solutions and run demos
- Support and Follow-up on orders and contract with Sales team in all its phases.
- Maintain customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be able to master complex software product features in a short time and then transfer this knowledge to prospects, clients, and co-employees.
- Must have significant technical aptitude with software product support issues.
- Must be fluent in English (oral and written)
