System Analyst – Position Title: IT Advisor
The project will end on September 2009
Scope of Work (SOW)
- Participate in gathering functional & technical requirements to the SSBC Integrated System (conduct interviews with business domain experts; map business processes; draft functional requirements specification and obtain counterpart’s concurrence) .
- Participate in all activities related to the implementation of any system component: issuing & renewing licenses and permits; selecting business entities for inspection and maintaining inspection results database; documents management system; and Web Portal for online services, regardless of the selected approach: outsourcing or COTS products customization.
- Evaluate and plan integration between different systems / software packages /components; Define interfaces between system’s components.
- Prepare technical specifications for hardware identified as needed resource for the SSBC and actively participate in the entire procurement process.
- Provide support to the SSBC in designing IT Infrastructure – WAN /LAN and later supervise the equipment installation.
SKILLS & Qualification
- At least bachelor’s degree in ICT / Computer science.
- At least 5 years experience in designing, developing, and implementing computerized systems for middle size enterprises / institutions.
- Hands-on experience with .NET technology and SQL Database is an advantage.
- Experience in LAN’s design, drafting equipment technical specifications and planning IT infrastructure development.
- Good working knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Experience in developing web portals will be an advantage.
- Good communications skills. Capable to establish good working relationships with clients.
