Junior Security-Infrastruc ture Engineer

SUMMARY

Will be responsible for providing security & networking services to customers.

PRIMRY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Install, configure, and maintain different security & networking solutions and related equipment.

2. Implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.

3. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.

4. Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.

5. Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.

6. Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.

7. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.

8. Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize system availability.

9. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.

10. Provide hands-on training for customers as a part of the provided solutions.

11. Provide per-sales activities including presentations and solution design.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

أ‚آ· Communications or Computer Science graduates (preferred)Cairo, Ein Shams

أ‚آ· Language School graduates(preferred )

أ‚آ· CCNA , CCNP is prefered

أ‚آ· 0-1 years experience in WAN/LAN technology is preferred

أ‚آ· Very good knowledge in network switching & routing.

أ‚آ· Good Knowledge in security & security concepts.

أ‚آ· Good Knowledge in Windows platform

أ‚آ· Very good knowledge in *nix operating systems.

أ‚آ· Self motivated with a fast learning curve.

أ‚آ· Very good command of English.

أ‚آ· Very good presentation skills.

أ‚آ· Ability to work under pressure.
