1- Software Development Team Lead

Responsible of leading a team of software developers.
Plans, executes and follow up development tasks for his team members.
Distribute the work between the team members, and supervise the work
of the team
Responsible of developing function specifications for programs being
developed by the team.

Coach & mentor team members, Assist in the development of less
experienced developers.

Meet individual deadlines and contribute towards team objectives.
Degree
. B.Sc. Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Work Experience

5 Years experience in developing software applications, 3 years
experience in developing business applications.

Required Professional Experience
. Knowledge of Database design (Data modeling, Process Modeling,
database design, ERD & DFD) methodology is a must.

. Good grasp of .net framework technology and concepts.

. Knowledge of (Visual Studio 2005 C#) preferably C#.

. Knowledge of the use of MS Project (or similar programs) is a
must.

. Worked of the development of Business applications and (Or) ERP
Solutions.

. Expert in Microsoft SQL server development.

. Expert in database performance optimization techniques.

. Expert in object oriented programming and design techniques.

2- Senior .Net Developers

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
discipline.
Solid experience in object oriented concepts.
Experience in packaging and deployment of products.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Min. two years in software development.
Min one year in analysis and design of software projects.
Familiar with C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML.
Familiar with UML
Strong knowledge of database design and tuning.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Hard worker, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Leadership and team management skills

3. Junior .Net Developer

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
discipline.
Solid experience in object oriented concepts.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
0-1 year in software development.
Familiar with C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML.
Familiar with UML
Good knowledge of database design and tuning.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Hard worker, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Listens to others and accepts input from team members.
Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally.
Contribute to an environment that is conducive to producing
breakthrough ideas.
Displays a positive attitude.
Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
