Position Summary:
· Handle the training department’s reporting system and issue reports on a quarterly basis covering all training activities taking place during the report period
· Conduct training needs analysis to identify requirements of different departments including business skills, management skills and functional training
· Work closely with training providers starting from customization/ tailoring of training courses till training delivery and evaluation
· Follow-up with managers on employees’ performance after training to ensure transference of training concepts/skills on the job
Primary Tasks:
· To Conduct soft skills trainings
· To Develop Training materials
· To plan the training courses according to the activity and the identify needs (approval from the general manager and human resources manager)
· To organise the resources, the equipment and the planning according to the training plan
· To insure the contents and methods are on line with the standards required.
· To collect the evaluation after each training and to give the feed back to the Human Resource Manager
· To be sure that the person who have been validated in their transfer are practicing their training courses
· To do every month a statement report with the expenses and the number of training days accomplish (list and names of the staff)
· To be sure that the language training courses are according to the employees level of language evaluations
· To report all the staff absent for any planed courses with his name
· To help the human resources to identify the potential staff and to help the HODs to tailor made the training courses related to their development (to be keep confidentially)
· To communicate with the Human Resources manger and the general manager the main needs of training coming from the staff and his observation on the indicators.
· Maintain and follow up all statistics and Data concerning the training
· Performs duties as may be assigned
Level of Authority:
· NA
Requirements:
· 5 years experience, preferable with multinational companies
· Solid relationships and contacts, with both technical and interpersonal Training vendors.
· Advanced Leadership and organizing skills
