Cross Working Relations

§ Functional relation with all departments in the plant and all operators.

Objective of the Position

§ To improve Cairo plant safety activities to be align with the corporate goals and targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

§ Drive and coordinate safety actions plans and improving our safety culture. § Documentation and traceability for safety corrective actions and audit activities to insure our safety regulations. § Improving ergonomically the shop floor by applying the different tools and techniques § Increasing Employee involvement and participations in safety activities. § Conducting safety reports and analysis. § Coordinating and implementing safety meetings with the different departments. § Insuring that our plant is complying with the safety and environmental law.

Qualifications

§ B.Sc. in mechanical /electrical engineering § 2 Years experienced preferable in the same position § Fluent English spoken and written § Very good knowledge of Microsoft office

§ High communications skills § Having good presentation skills § Team player and good coordinator

Core Deliverables & Reports

§ Monthly reporting different safety activities by means of the Dashboard and second level goal tree § Working hours, safety indicators are monthly reported § Weekly report to his direct manager.

Job Title	Tax Accountant
Department	Finance

Reporting Structure
Reports to	§ Finance Manager	Responsible for	§ All tax issues related to Trane Cairo Operation

Objective of the Position

§ Reducing Consulting fees which reach about 40 K EGP per year. § The new tax low has been stress on the criminal aspect for wrong data that exposed directly to jail. § Decreasing work load of the finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Preparing and Tracking sales Tax claims monthly. Preparing with holding Tax claims quarterly. Handling Tax package requested by corporate for the FAS 109. Preparing Income Tax requirements for employees quarterly. Reconciliation Income Tax provision quarterly. Dealing with All Tax Authorities. Controlling Stamps Tax issues.

Qualifications

§ B.A. in accounting § Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office § Very good command of English language § 2- 4 years of experience in similar position
