Description : * Gather, analyze and present real estate trends
and information for business development opportunities, clients
support and internal analysis.

* Interface with national research resources to produce quarterly
reports, white papers and customized client research.

* Daily leadership and development of the analyst team.

* Enhance the company's competitive position within the market.

* Analyzing the profitability of business segments, performing field
economic researches and preparing reports about the expenditures of
centralized projects.

* Develop and implement improvements to the financial reporting and
management process beside providing financial recommendations.

Gender : Male
Education major : * Master's degree is a must
* CFA (charted financial analyst) OR CPA ( certified public
accounting) is a must
* ph.d is a plus
Experience : * Minimum 7 years of experience, with an emphasis as
a business builder with a proven record of success in market .
Salary (L.E.): Negotiable
Comments : -Big company located in Egypt -Work in Real Estate -8
working hours from 9 am to 5 pm -2 days off
