Job Description:
- Responsible for over all office management, including communication, coordination with customers and inter companies.
- Schedule meetings (internal & external) and have excellent follow-up to fulfill goals and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
- Maintain excellent relationship with visitors / customers, keeping the dignity and image of the Group.
- Maintain / organize excellent filing / document management system.
- Provide admin support and maintain excellent communication and coordination with Managers of inter companies as and when required.
- Answer phones and take messages and take action as needed with limited supervision.
- Organize office & work, meet deadlines and take actions on priority basis.
- Maintain professionalism and represent Group image.
- Perform additional duties / assignments as directed.
Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English Language.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal
- Excellent typing skills.
- Organized, highly presentable, energetic, posses excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word & Outlook. Expertise with PowerPoint & Outlook is highly desirable.
- Excellent telephone demeanor.
