Job Description:

To lead cross functional efforts related to the clarification, interpretation, and documentation of benefits, benefit administration, and medical policy. To drive benefit designs and strategies consistent with the overall Product Marketing as well as Marketing Sales and Business Development Strategy.

This position also has compliance accountability and/or responsibility for the Company's policies and procedures, the Principles of Responsibility, accreditation standards, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations


Skills

1. Serves as the primary point of contact to facilitate the resolution of escalated benefit-related inquiries from across the Mid-Atlantic region.
2. Lead the Benefit Policy and Administration Committee meetings and review sessions.
3. Manage the benefit issue intake and prioritization.
4. Maintain and facilitate the documentation associated with benefit definition, benefit issues, benefit language interpretation and clarification, and BPAC decisions.
5. Communicate benefit clarifications, interpretations, and decisions as appropriate to the Mid-Atlantic Region
6. Represent the region at relevant program office and other national meetings related to benefit policy and administration issues.
