OMS is urgently seeking to hire experienced candidates for the following:

Title: Department Admin.

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Location: Nasr City, Cairo

· Job Duties:

  1. Acts as a primary customer contact point with regards to order for service work including the preparation of new work orders and keeping clients. informed of the progress of existing jobs.
  2. Answer inbound calls for service requests.
  3. Send and receive email requests for service.
  4. Call customers to arrange service appointments.
  5. Accurately enter data with speed.
  6. Provide pleasant phone skills.
  7. Dispatch work to individual technicians via email / phone; provide details of service calls to technicians.
  8. Co-ordinates the daily work schedule of the Service department.
  9. Ensures service personnel are allocated to the appropriate contract to ensure maximum efficiency in execution and minimize cost.
  10. Maintains consistent communication with assigned technician.
  11. Follows up on activities to ensure completion in a reasonable timeframe.
  12. Take details of completed calls from technicians; insure details inputted into appropriate spread sheet/system.
  13. Track status of each dispatched job to insure work completed.
  14. Provide feedback to Management team on performance and/or process issues.
  15. Generating and distributing Service reports on a timely basis.

  12. Strong problem solving ability.
  13. Ability to handle heavy workloads and stressful situations.
  14. To maintain corporate confidentiality and the high level of integrity as detailed in the code of ethics.
  15. Be familiar with Microsoft Office products and computers (Excel/PowerPoint) .
  16. Able to use Project Management software and financial accounting systems.

· Skills:

1. Very Good Presentation Skills.

2. Very Good English Language Skills.
