1- Senior Asp.net - ( 3-4 years experience )
2- Junior Asp.net - ( fresh graduate up to 3 years )

Needed in both positions :

1- Community Server
3- ASP.net 3 or at least Asp.net 2
3- WCF/WPF/WWF
4- SharePoint
5- Telerik
