TheWayOut is looking for qualified calipers to join its Call Center team.
Role:
•Record Trouble Tickets for customer complaints/inquires .
•Trouble shoots customer problems in forms of phone calls, online
communication.
•Prepare/Send regular reports.
Requirements:
•Excellent English language comprehension skills.
•Other language will be an asset.
•Excellent communication & customer service oriented skills.
•At least one year experience in similar or related position.
•Fast learner, Team player, self starter, ability to work under
pressure, presentable and flexible to work in shifts.
