Description :

- Distribute phones to the technicians, provide the technical
support on complicated issues and monitor the repair work flow so as to
achieve daily target as per the production schedule

- Improve the overall team productivity and its efficiency,
encouraging and motivating the staff using man managing tools and
techniques.

- Guide the team members and have a control in terms of quality
of repairs so as to reduce the internal & external repeats.

- Create and streamline the process to ensure that the daily
production plan is complied with.

- Generating reports and conducting analysis on the same.

- Maintain the internal TAT as per the target

- Analyse the training needs of staff and schedule a training
plan

- Participate in technical forums and provide feedback to
management

Qualifications :

§ -Degree in electronics / telecommunication Engineering.

§ 5 yrs experience in Nokia setup as a technician including 2
yrs in a supervisory role

§ Fluency in English-oral & written

Good MS office skills
