Description :

- To monitor the day-to-day work of the team members to ensure on-time accomplishments of the HR tasks.

- To act on the employee needs and requests by bringing up the issues to the Group HR Manager.

- To assist employees in any matters concerning their welfare.

- To track accurately the eligibility and entitlement of the employees are using their benefits on the right time without much constraint.

- To contribute to the Training Needs Analysis of the Training Manager through employees' feedbacks to keep the Training Team aware of the development needs of all staff.

- To follow-up on time to all the concerned staff in any HR initiated activities to ensure on-time achievement of the goals.

Qualifications :

§ Qualification – Degree Holder

Experience :

two years experience in the same field

Salary (L.E.):

Negotiable
