Job T it le: Head of HR (Alex Branch)

Duties and Responsibil it ies: · Manages the overall provision of Human Resources services , policies, and programs for the entire company including recru it ment & selection, personnel affairs, training & development, policies & procedures & performance management.

Qu ali fications & Skills Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources pos it ions. Solid knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation Abil it y to work under pressure. Should be result oriented & abil it y to learn Abil it y to work in a Team Good communication skills English is a must.
