- Achieve, maintain, and control deman planning strategic objectives.
- Work closely with sales and operations, production scheduling, material requirments planning, to achieve targeted customer service level, operations efficiency targets, and cost saving objectives.
- Develop and maintain demand planning procedures, forms, and work instructions to standardize the process of demand planning and material handling.
- Maintain key performance metrics and benchmarks relating for demand planning.
Qualification:
- University Degree.
- Relevant training, Certification, Diploma in HR is a Plus
- 5-10 Yrs of Experience in demand planning in a manufactring enviroment.
- Other managerial skills(team building-time managment-prolem solving)
Key Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Perfect PC and Internet.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation,
- High ability of organizing, follow up and time Management
- Able to work under pressure.
- Analytical Thinking.
