Description :

-Carry out proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of repairs and
reduce repeat

- Complete all high level repairs and achieve targeted productivity
within the given time frame.

- Minimise BER rates by carrying out quality repairs

- Participate in technical forums and provide inputs & suggestions on
repair related issues

- Prioritising repairs on FIFO basis

- Achieve maximum scores in all attended trainings to keep up with the
high technical competency level

- Preserve the customer property with utmost care to reduce customer
dissatisfaction

- Properly maintain and track the Spares, Tools and Equipments to
optimize maximum utilization of the same with minimum stock discrepancy

Qualifications :

§ -Diploma in Electronics / Tele communications field

§ 2 to 3 years experience in mobile service industry as a
level 3 technician

§ Fluency in windows based computer operations and
applications

Fluency in English – Read, Write and Speak

Salary (L.E.):
