-Mechanical engineering design of process plants as part of a multi-disciplined design team.

-Checking and review of design calculations, specifications, design criteria, reports and estimates produced by other consultants.

-Mechanical engineering design of process plants as part of a multi-disciplined design team.
-Mechanical engineering design of materials handling systems.
-Preparation of technical specifications and evaluations of mechanical process equipment.
-Selection of materials of construction of piping and plate work systems.
-Checking and review of design calculations, specifications, design criteria, reports and estimates produced by other consultants.
-Ensuring that mechanical engineering designs produced by the company are efficient, safe, cost effective, and innovative and meet the needs of the client and project.
-Provision of technical assistance to design drafters involved in the preparation of the project design drawings.
-Assistance with the preparation of feasibility studies for process plants.
-Liaison with other engineering disciplines during the preparation of engineering designs and feasibility studies.
-Assistance in the construction management of process plants.
-Carry out root cause investigation of equipment failures; issue investigation reports with corrective and preventive actions for Maintenance and Operation to prevent recurrence.
-Issue work recommendations in EAMS and follow-up implementation plan with Maintenance department.
-Develop and manage Equipment Record Card (ERC); complete each equipment history and database.
-Prepare material requisition specifications
-Prepare static equipment budget for Technical Service Department.
-Review new technology on equipment improvement; prepare life cycle cost analysis and benefits, execute and implement improvement plan.
-Lead new plant changes and project related to static equipment and piping; prepare equipment specifications and purchase orders, witness Factory Acceptance Test, commission and start-up of new rotating equipment.
-Participate in HAZOP study.
