Senior Executive Secretary
Company Activity: Engineering/ Construction.
Location: Abu Dhabi , UAE.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience, three in a similar position.
- Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Outlook.
- Bilingualism, French/English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
- Team player.
- Able to prioritize.
- Discreet, responsible and able to work without supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and tenders.
- File documents.
- Check expense reports.
- Format documents according to company styles while ensuring presentation quality.
- Make travel reservations.
- Keep an agenda.
- Answer the telephone.
- Organize meetings.
- Send faxes and digitize documents.
