1. REAL ESTATE MANAGER


Reporting to: Expansion Director

Key Responsibilities:
o Locate real estate opportunities in defined strategic target areas
o Establish project pipeline in his assigned region for next three expansion years, including back-up projects for each year.
o Establish contacts with local authorities, property owners/ consultants in new countries to identify real estate options.
o Report work progress regularly to Expansion director & Engineering manager.
o Provide necessary information and documentation for all projects.

Required qualifications:

1. Studies of economics, real estate, engineering, or comparable education.
2. 4-7 years of professional experience in expansion or real estate
3. English fluency



2. PROJECTS CONTROLLER

Reporting to: Expansion Director

Key Responsibilities:
o Preparation, monitoring and accounting of department budget.
o Participation in preparation of investment proposals.
o Preparation of monthly project reports in cooperation with accounting department.
o Support of contract administration.
o Controlling of costs and projection of costs to the end of the project.
o Controlling and documentation of the construction process on the basis of the company's "Standard operating procedures"

Required qualifications:

1. Studies of Civil Engineering, Architecture or comparable education.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in comparable positions.
3. Good knowledge in MS project and office applications.
4. English fluency
