Requirements: JOB SUMMARY : this role acts as asenior advisor to the management team, framing cash investment policie , monitoring investment and fund on a day-to-day basis and developing treasury policie . Key responsibilities of this role are: •Manage the capital structure, fund requirements , working capital of the organization, thus manage cash operations throughout the financial year •Identify areas for funding and cash investment •Report investment performance, monitor portfolio and provide investment decision for both internal and external reporting purpose •Develop and maintain treasury policie , bank account authority matrix and dividend policies. •Develop and maintain healthy relationships with investor and other financial institution. •Forecast short and long term cash flow and ensure provision of funds for the organization at the best available cost . •Prepare business cases and ensure optimal allocation and utilization of funds. •Ensure compliance of all treasury transactions to Kuwaiti laws and regulations . •Banking procedures for investment and risk evaluation . •Domain specific knowledge in international financial tools and markets. •Kuwaiti laws and regulations. Specific Experience: At least 5-6 year experience in a treasury function or in the Banking Indu stry with 2-3 year in asupervisory role Overall experience : 7-9 year experience .
