Requirements: JOB SUMMARY: This role Controls and follows up with all financial policies and procedures for improving the operational and financial effectiveness of the organization and ensuring compliance to Kuwaiti laws and regulations. Key responsibilities of this role are: •Develop, implement and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals for all departments Containing procedures for various investments, a counting procedures, risk mitigation policies, reporting et •Control and follow up on the following- o Financial regulations, policies and procedures for the organization o Delegation of Authority Matrix and related policies and procedures o Chart of A counts on a regular basis o Audit Manuals o Financial risk mitigation policies and procedures •Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti laws and regulations . Specific Experience: At least 2 years experience in developing financial polices. A Counting experience, preferably in the telecom industry is required . Overall Experience: 4-6 years experience .
