First Language Arabic Second Language English Expected salary 1500- 2000+ Job title: Purchase engnieer Location Cairo , Egypt Qualifications Prepares purchase orders for supervisory approval. Procures computer automation equipment, network systems, telecommunications and general office equipment, furnishings, supplies
2. Contracts for maintenance and repair of equipment, telephones and furniture.
3. Verifies deliveries and invoices against purchase orders.
4. Meets with requestors to ensure full understanding of the need and that the proposed purchase will satisfy the need of the requestor.
5. Maintains purchasing records for each assigned budget object code.
6. Assists in developing budget requests and justification.
7. Maintains supplier catalogs for reviewing.
8. Makes recommendations for developing or revising internal procurement procedures
9. Work with accounting section to resolve vendor payment issues
10. Arrange pick up and delivery for domestic and international shipments
11. Provide freight and transportation charges
12. Generate Freight quote's for international and domestic shipments
13. Review bills of lading for correctness
14. Determine tariff number for shipment
15. cooperate with the inventory and ware house section to deliver the shipped goods Education B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent Age 25+ Gender Male Computer Skills .Good Experience 2 Years . First Language Arabic Second Language English Expected salary 1500- 2000+
