Material coordinator

• Must have hands on field experience in material control within industrial settings. 
• Primary skills required include proficiency in material management systems such as BPS. 
• Duties include assisting the Area Works Contractor for Bitumen and Water Treatment to plan for, request, store and issue for installation permanent plant materials within their scope of services. 

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of piping materials line classes, materials codification and material control
• Strong material background as well as analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and pays careful attention to detail
• Possesses strong computer skills with exposure to word-processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft excel and access)
• Minimum 5-10 years of EPC piping materials control experience

Additional:

• Start is immediate and the duration is eight to ten months. 
• The workweek is 8x6 and these two positions will be back to back for continuous coverage. 
• Position reports to the Field Procurement Manager.
