Qualifications:	B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline. Good experience in at least one of Microsoft SQL, Access, or Oracle to be able to inspect data by queries. Good understanding of UML is a must (use cases, class diagrams…). Knowledge about CMMI. Knowledge and/or experience using software engineering test tools, performance and automation testing tools Issuing and monitoring corrective actions regarding quality Energy and desire to deliver high-quality software on tight schedules Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster customer and team relationships Ensure goals are set to allow staff to develop and grow within the organization Provide leadership to the team and enable team members to make informed decisions
