Description :

Handling all office correspondence, coordinating meetings & taking meeting minutes, communicating verbally and in writing by relevant methods internally and externally, handling Petty Cash expenditure, making travel arrangements, receiving visitors, receiving incoming calls and directing them, ordering and maintain relevant office supplies, preparing all office purchase orders, arranging keys cut as required, managing and coordinating the driver and office boy activities, filing data and performing other routine clerical tasks, maintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.

Qualifications

Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives. Reliable. Well presented and businesslike. The ability to work under limited supervision, prioritize tasks and meet demanding deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to details.
