1. should be a Computer Science graduate (Master degree is a plus)
2. Should have 5+ years of real experience in All of the following:
. DAO (must )
.Visual Basic 6 (must )
.Crystal Reports (must )
. PL/SQL Plus
. Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 is a plus
.Net technology (preferable)

3. Excellent UML design and analysis skills
4. Excellent awareness of Software lifecycle

Must have Extensive Hands-on Experience with:
- Data model, Analysis, and Design
- Desktop
