Office Manager for the CEO

Responsibility & Authority:

· Monitoring the daily agenda for the CEO

· Handling outgoing/incoming correspondences.

· Maintenance the filing system hard and soft copies.

· Follow up on documents needed to be circulated within due dates. .

· Hotel & tickets reservations all over the world.

· Receive phone calls and interacts with callers and visitors.

· Coordinate with other third parties’ assistance for meetings.

Qualifications:

v A bachelor degree or equivalent.

v Minimum 3 year relevant experience.

v Effective communication & coordination skills.

v Ability to handle different tasks at a time and stand work pressure.

v Ability to work in team-based environment.

v Very good computer skills.

v Very good knowledge of the English Language.

v Work location in Egypt, Heliopolis .
