Software Technical Support Engineer

Job Type:

Full Time (Sat to Thu : 7:30 AM to 6 PM)

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft .NET Platform, ASP.NET, MS CRM, MS SharePoint, Microsoft Windows 2003, SQL Server is a plus.
  • Experience with SMS Systems, Web, IVR Systems, Call Center Systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
  • Detailed and organized writing and documentation skills
  • Presentable
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.
  • Completes work with minimal supervision and meets established deadlines
  • Support Experience with Microsoft Products is a plus
  • Support Experience with SMS platforms is a plus
  • MS Certifications is preferred
  • Server/Network Administration Skills
  • Hard worker/performs under pressure.
  • Team player.
  • Can perform under stress.

Job Description:

  • Technical Support for Customers in KSA, Gulf and Egypt from Egypt Office
  • Understand customer technical issues and reproduce them in a test environment
  • Resolve common operations issues
  • Categorize problems as being related to which component(s) of the deployed system
  • Record problem symptoms and status information in a timely fashion, tracking progress with eBSEG Tech Team through to resolution.
  • Draft and maintain support documentation, knowledge-base articles, and FAQs and brings awareness to common issues on each customer site.
