Production Manager for a Pharmaceutical Co.

Job Title	Production Manager Manage the production of assigned products to specified standards, organize the work schedule on shift basis to meet laid down production schedules Plan and organize the development of the departments’ resources and scheduling of work to meet agreed production plans, cost effectively.
Language	Very good English.

Requirements	Bachelor degree in Pharmacy only at least 10 year in production processing. Should have knowledge of product specification formulation & golden standards / knowledge of production scheduling & performance needs (R/M & Labor…….). Knowledge of batches system & procedures, Process Control standards, production process. Should have highly developed knowledge and skill in planning and scheduling, execution, following up, taking corrective action and information management system.
Responsibilities	Ensure that the products are produced and stored according to appropriate documents. · Approve the instructions relating to production operations. Ensure that the product records are evaluated and signed by a designated person. Check the maintenance of the quality premises and equipment of production department. Ensure that the appropriate process validation and calibration of control equipments are performed and recorded and the reports made available. Ensure that required initial and containing training of production personnel is carried out. Follow up on GMP implementation / TQM / ISO. Develop manufacturing procedures / staff. Participate in ensuring plant hygiene, written procedures and documents, process validation and calibration of analytical apparatus, training including the application and principals of quality assurance, approval and monitoring of suppliers of materials, approval and monitoring of contract manufacture, monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products, the retention of records, monitoring of complaints with GMP requirements and follow up of the product recall and dealing with complaints.
