Requirements
  • From eight to ten years experience in a major FMCG industry.
  • Experience in marketing analysis.
  • University graduate from Business College or related field.
  • A postgraduate study in Marketing is an asset.
  • Knowledge of competitive market status.
  • Results oriented, leadership skills, decision maker, creative, analytical skills, problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Apply and develop specific marketing tactics that build on consumer and customer insight to deliver overall brands objectives.
  • Develop leadership skills through management of multi-function teams in execution of brand strategies.
  • Develop executive annual brand strategies and marketing plan.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in execution and accomplishment of brand objectives.
  • Provide business analysis/insight into development of brand strategies in support of brand franchise.
  • Product planning, pricing and positioning, in addition to interfacing with all organizations within the business to deliver efficient growth and profitability.
  • Work with company development to deliver a winning product strategy and plan with business development around strategic partnership and technology alliances.
  • Planning and developing a cost-effective customer support model that result in highly satisfied customer.
  • Working with sales in developing strategy, tools and special offers. Working with finance and legal departments.
